文章摘要:India's natural rubber production hits a six,踽踽凉凉此时西食东眠,反世贸意态整改提高。

Wednesday, August 8, 2018
Kochi, India - The Times of India reports that India's natural rubber production hit a six-葡京娱乐,威尼斯投注,赌场游戏公司,钻石棋牌游戏 of 1.26 lakh metric tons in the first quarter of 2018-19 as consumption reached a peak of 3.02 lakh metric tons. The production-consumption gap has widened to 58 percent of consumption in the first quarter of the current financial year, from 46 percent in the year-ago period, making the raw material scenario all the more worrisome, Automotive Tyre Manufacturers Association (Atma) has stated. According to the latest figures released by the Rubber Board of India, natural rubber (NR) production contracted by 12 percent, while consumption went up by 14 percent. The deficit stood at 1.76 lakh metric tons in the first three months of the ongoing fiscal year against 1.21 lakh metric tons a year ago. For the second consecutive month in June, NR consumption breached the one lakh-metric ton mark. The production, on the other hand, has remained below 45,000 metric tons in each of the first three months, the Rubber Board data showed. 揇omestic natural rubber production could meet only 42 percent of the domestic demand in the first quarter of the current fiscalyear. Such scarcity and grossly inadequate availability of domestic NR is leading the tire industry to a precarious position. The dependence on expensive imports will need to go up significantly if tire manufacturing operations are to be sustained in the country,?said Rajiv Budhraja, director general of Atma. The NR import is imperative to meet the huge demand-supply gap. However, the customs duty on NR import is a steep 25 percent, higher than other NR importing countries, despite the acute domestic crunch. - 葡京娱乐,威尼斯投注,赌场游戏公司,钻石棋牌游戏
